DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants as independent contractors to provide mobile health and readiness services for U.S. military personnel, primarily on weekends with some weekday coverage.

Travel to remote military installations may be required to complete health assessments and readiness documentation. Applicants should hold an active PA license, CPR/BLS, and have experience in primary, urgent or occupational health.

Qualifikationen

• Active PA license in the relevant state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or occupational health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services is a plus.
• Understanding of military health systems and terminology is preferred.
• Able to work extended hours and travel to multiple sites.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; basic computer proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to assess current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health when needed.
• Document interview results in the service member's medical record using a proprietary system.
