Thompson Child & Family Focus - A Child's Place Program in North Carolina seeks an Independent Contractor IAFT Therapist to deliver trauma-informed, child-centered clinical services within Thompson’s IAFT program.

You will provide therapy, support treatment planning, crisis response, engage families, and collaborate with Treatment Parents and the multidisciplinary team, with work in homes, schools, offices, or via hybrid/virtual model.

Qualifikationen

• Master's level degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Current NC license or eligible credentials required.
• Experience providing clinical services to children and families preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide child-centered, trauma-informed individual, family, and conjoint therapy.
• Support treatment planning, crisis response, and discharge planning as needed.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, schools, and care teams.
• Participate in IAFT team staffing and meetings.
• Assist with risk assessment, safety planning, and clinical follow-up.
• Complete timely documentation meeting regulatory and program standards.
