Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking reliable Drivers to join our on-call transportation team supporting organ, tissue, and eye donation cases across our service area, including Kentucky, Cincinnati OH, Southern Indiana, and parts of West Virginia.

As an Independent Contractor, you will use Network for Hope vehicles, receive a $50 flat rate per on-call shift plus $20/hour for hours worked, plus a $100 holiday bonus. Training is provided and you set your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver's license.
• Active and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and DMV driving record review.
• Availability for 12-hour on-call shifts (AM: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | PM: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport our team members, including physicians and surgeons, to and from donor cases across the service area.
• Operate from a fleet of Network for Hope vehicles (SUVs, cars, vans).
• Provide reliable transportation support to ensure timely donor case coordination.

About the Role

As a Driver, you will play a vital part in the organ, tissue, and eye donation process by transporting our team members, including physicians and surgeons, to and from donor cases across our service area, which includes:

• All of Kentucky
• Cincinnati, OH region
• 5 counties in Southern Indiana
• 2 counties in West Virginia

You will have access to a fleet of Network for Hope vehicles (SUVs, cars, vans), a gas card, and Roadside Assistance for peace of mind on the road.

Requirements

• Active and valid driver's license
• Active and valid auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and DMV driving record review

Compensation
