Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking dependable individuals to serve as Drivers on an Independent Contractor basis. Transport team members to donor cases across Kentucky, Cincinnati area, Southern Indiana, and parts of West Virginia, using provided vehicles.

This flexible, on-call role is ideal for retirees or those seeking supplementary income while supporting organ donation. Earn a $50 flat rate per on-call shift plus $20/hour for all hours worked, with an additional $100 holiday bonus.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver's license is required.
• Active and valid auto insurance is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and DMV driving record review.
• Availability for 12-hour on-call shifts (AM 7:00–PM 7:00)
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport Network for Hope team members to and from donor cases across service area.
• Provide dependable, on-call transportation as needed.
• Support mission by ensuring timely and safe vehicle operation.
