Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking dependable individuals to serve as Drivers on an Independent Contractor basis. Transport team members to donor cases across Kentucky, Cincinnati area, Southern Indiana, and parts of West Virginia, using provided vehicles.

This flexible, on-call role is ideal for retirees or those seeking supplementary income while supporting organ donation. Earn a $50 flat rate per on-call shift plus $20/hour for all hours worked, with an additional $100 holiday bonus.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver's license is required.
• Active and valid auto insurance is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and DMV driving record review.
• Availability for 12-hour on-call shifts (AM 7:00–PM 7:00)
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

About the Role

As a Driver, you will play a vital part in the organ, tissue, and eye donation process by transporting our team members, including physicians and surgeons, to and from donor cases across our service area, which includes:

• All of Kentucky
• Cincinnati, OH region
• 5 counties in Southern Indiana
• 2 counties in West Virginia

You will have access to a fleet of Network for Hope vehicles (SUVs, cars, vans), a gas card, and Roadside Assistance for peace of mind on the road.

Requirements

• Active and valid driver's license
• Active and valid auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and DMV driving record review
• Availability for 12-hour on-call shifts (AM: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | PM: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Compensation
