City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial carpet cleaning contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region.

We manage facility maintenance for a wide range of properties – including offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial spaces – and are looking to partner with professionals who can deliver consistent, high‑quality carpet care in active commercial environments.

This is an opportunity to access well‑defined, professionally managed work without the need to prospect, bid blindly, or chase payments.

Selected contractor responsibilities include:

• Carpet inspections and condition assessments
• Deep cleaning (hot water extraction, low‑moisture, or dry cleaning methods)
• Stain, spot, and odor removal
• High‑traffic lane treatment and restoration
• Scheduled maintenance programs (monthly, quarterly, or as needed)
• Upholstery and related soft surface cleaning (as applicable)
• Daytime or after‑hours service in occupied facilities
• Coordination with on‑site staff and facility managers
• Documentation of completed work (photos, notes, reporting)

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Proven experience in commercial carpet cleaning (required)
• Knowledge of:

  • Proper chemical use and stain treatment
• Professional‑grade equipment (portable or truck‑mounted systems)
• General liability insurance (required)
• Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize

• Ability to provide clear reporting and documentation
• Upholstery or floor care capabilities (value‑add)
