We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle the sales, client communication, billing, and collections – so you can focus on doing what you do best. We are currently looking for established Independent Contractors to service our commercial clients in the region. Requirements

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following:
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required)
• Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably
• Professional cleaning equipment and supplies (or ability to obtain)
• General liability insurance (required)
• Workers' compensation coverage (as applicable)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and accountability
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism
• Preferred:
• Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities
• Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control
• Capacity to take on recurring accounts

• High‑touch surface disinfection
• Periodic services (deep cleaning, detailing, specialty tasks as needed)

Work may include:

• Nightly or scheduled recurring service (typically five times per week or as defined)
• After‑hours work in occupied facilities

You will be expected to:

• Follow defined scopes and specifications
