Job summary

Necco is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to strengthen nursing practice and promote positive patient outcomes in our Community Behavioral Health Program.

The APRN will provide treatment oversight, sign Service Plans, collaborate with clinical staff, attend Human Rights Committee meetings, and participate in Service Plan meetings to ensure LBHC regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited university.
• At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Maintain West Virginia state licensure as RN and APRN.
• Maintain ANCC certification.
• Complete required ongoing continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment oversight to clients in Coordinated Care Services within the Community Behavioral Health Program.
• Sign Service Plans prepared by clinical staff.
• Be available to staff clinical cases with State Leadership and Clinical Liaison as needed.
• Participate in the Human Rights Committee and attend meetings as necessary.
• Attend all Service Plan Meetings as required by LBHC regulations.
• Ensure timely documentation approval in the EHR.
• Deliver excellent customer service for internal and external customers.

The Candidate Selected Will Be Responsible For The Following

Patient Care

• APRN will provide treatment oversight to our clients being provided Coordinated Care Services in our Community Behavioral Health Program.
• APRN will provide signature to Service Plans being provided by our clinical staff.
• APRN will be available to staff clinical cases as needed with State Leadership and Clinical Liaison.
• APRN will participate in the Human Rights Committee and attend meetings as necessary.
• APRN will attend all Service Plan Meetings as required by LBHC Regulations.

Position Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited university
• At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Maintain West Virginia state licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN)
• Maintain national certification through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
• Complete required ongoing continuing education
