Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on‑site inspections for new construction and substantial rehabilitation of Senior Living properties.
• Evaluate units for compliance with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS).
• Complete inspection reports and required documentation in accordance with HUD and company guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with property owners, contractors, and clients.
• Educate contractors and property owners regarding program requirements and inspection results.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
