Qualifications

• Independent contractor arrangement with Sedgwick.
• Expertise in construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6) and general liability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and prepare clear, concise reports.
• Include exterior measurements, diagrams, photographs, observations, recommendations, and a summary of conditions and hazards.
