Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractors to perform 1099 Commercial Risk field inspections in CA Ukiah. You will conduct on-site assessments of commercial properties, focusing on risk classifications and liability coverage, and deliver comprehensive reports with photos and measurements.

Typical duties include identifying hazards, documenting conditions, and providing clear recommendations to clients. Pay is per completed report, with weekly processing and standard per-assignment rates.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with experience in commercial risk inspections.
• Expertise in construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6).
• Knowledge of general liability and property coverage.
• Ability to generate clear, concise inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties.
• Prepare reports with exterior measurements, photos, observations and recommendations.
• Identify hazards and summarize current conditions and any visible risks.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure assignments meet specifications.
