Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with construction classifications (ISO Classes 1-6).
• Familiarity with general liability and property coverage for commercial risks.
• Strong report writing: clear, concise, comprehensive.
• On-site inspection experience of commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections for commercial risk properties.
• Prepare detailed reports with photos, diagrams, observations and recommendations.
• Summarize current conditions and hazards in reports.
• Coordinate with clients and Sedgwick to grow inspection opportunities.
