Qualifications

• Contractors with expertise in construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6).
• Knowledge of general liability is required.
• Experience performing property and general liability inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive reports.
• Include exterior measurements, diagrams, photos, and hazard observations.
• Provide a summary of current conditions and recommendations.
