Sedgwick in Abilene, TX is seeking a 1099 Commercial Risk Field Consultant to conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties and prepare clear, concise reports.

You will evaluate buildings in retail, offices, churches, schools, and other facilities, take measurements and photos, and provide observations and recommendations. This is an independent contractor role with payments per completed report. The workload is project-based with pay per assignment and potential for ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial risk inspections.
• Knowledge of ISO construction classifications (1-6).
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site inspections of target properties.
• Capture exterior measurements, photographs, and diagrams.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients and Sedgwick for assignment requirements.
