Sedgwick is seeking independent contractors for 1099 Commercial Risk Field Consultant roles in KS Hays. You will conduct on-site inspections focused on property and general liability coverage for commercial risks across diverse client sites, including retail, offices, churches, restaurants, and multi-family properties.

Reports are clear, concise, and detail exterior measurements, photos, observations, recommendations, and hazard summaries.

Qualifications

• Expertise in construction classifications (ISO 1–6) and general liability.
• Ability to perform on-site inspections for commercial risks.
• Proven ability to produce clear, concise inspection reports.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site inspections and prepare reports with exterior measurements and diagrams.
• Take photographs of the property and document observations and recommendations.
• Provide a summary of current conditions and any visible hazards.
