Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and seeks reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement.

Providers operate with their own methods, equipment, and schedule within the scope of each service agreement. Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks during a service visit.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Have your own tools, transportation and supplies for cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal.
• Carry out floor care including buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Utilize personal cleaning equipment and supplies as required by the service agreement.
• Follow site safety protocols and perform light repairs or touch-ups when scoped in.
