This role requires a CNA certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. The position offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, with some holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• Current driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs bowel and bladder care as part of essential functions.
• Assists with self-administering medications and basic wound/ostomy care as delegated.
• Supports patients during end-of-life care and with medically complex needs.
• Coordinates patient schedule and visits with staff, patients, and families.
• Maintains time and mileage records; stays accessible within assigned schedule.
• Adheres to delegation plan and performs duties within scope with proper skill validation.
• Follows safety policies including infection control and safe transferring.
