This high-autonomy role requires collaboration with the PI and clinic staff to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of coordinatory experience, familiarity with EMR/CTMS, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical research coordinator experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred in health sciences.
• CCR CCRC or SOCRA certification a plus.
• Phlebotomy certificate preferred.
• Medi-Waste training for HIPAA, HITECH & Omnibus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed study enrollment per inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Complete feasibility questionnaires and regulatory start-up packages.
• Recruit and enroll patients, screen for eligibility.
• Collect data, conduct visits, and ensure proper data capture and documentation.
• Train, mentor and provide guidance to junior coordinators.
