Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC systems, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate industry-sponsored trials from start-up through closeout.
• Manage visit schedules and protocol-related activities to meet timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and assessments per GCP and site SOPs.
• Perform protocol-required clinical procedures and specimen handling as permitted by regulations.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and CTMS updates.
• Ensure data quality and timely resolution of data queries.
• Serve as a primary contact for study participants and communicate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams.
• Prepare for and support sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Maintain inventory of study equipment and investigational products onsite.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance site performance.
