Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Omaha — Microbusiness seeks an Independent Contractor to lead the Cleaning Academy and become a certified ISSA CMI CPT trainer. The role sponsors CPT certification and pays for workshop time plus instructional hours at $35/hour, with on-site sessions in Omaha.

You will facilitate cohorts, coordinate with the Microbusiness team, help refine curriculum, and assist with grant reporting while maintaining a reliable class schedule.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete ISSA CPT Workshop and certification within 60 days.
• Background in commercial cleaning, custodial, or facility services preferred.
• Comfort teaching adults; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Reliable, professional communication; able to follow a published schedule.
• Available to teach at CCO facilities in Omaha.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Cleaning Academy curriculum for assigned client cohorts.
• Communicate progress with Microbusiness team and leadership.
• Help refine curriculum, materials, and assessments as needed.
• Collaborate on grant-related reporting tied to the program.
• Plan the schedule and hours for each cohort with CCO.
