Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide cheerleading enrichment services for K–12 students at partner schools.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee role. Most assignments are on-site at various campuses, with after-school sessions typically 1–4 hours per week. Compensation starts at $50+ per completed instructional service hour and will vary by assignment, scope, and location.

Qualifications

• Experience in cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, coaching, athletics, or related movement instruction.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or leading activities with school-age students.
• Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate cheerleading enrichment sessions.
• Introduce students to fundamentals, teamwork, movement, coordination, leadership, and school spirit.
• Adapt instruction based on age and assignment objectives.
• Teach cheers, chants, motions, and beginner dance elements.
• Prepare students for demonstrations or school performances where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and age-appropriate learning environment.
• Communicate assignment-related needs with Concorde Education and school staff.
• Complete a brief session completion form after each scheduled session.
