Job summary

Tides of Change Behavioral Health Services, LLC in York, PA is seeking licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC) to join our clinician-owned practice. Positions are available as W-2 employees or 1099 independent contractors, with flexible scheduling and at least four hours per week.

You can build your own clinical voice, develop specializations, and lead groups or trainings while receiving administrative support, marketing, and opportunities for supervision and continuing

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAPC). LSW applicants may be considered based on supervision needs.
• Current licensure, continuing education, and applicable state background clearances.
• Specialty experience valued but not required; opportunity for supervision and specialty training.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, couples, family, or group counseling.
• Developing therapy intensives or specialty treatment programs.
• Leading psychoeducational groups, workshops, or skill-building seminars.
• Offering trainings or participating in community initiatives.
• Pursuing advanced training, specialty certifications, or opportunities in supervision.
