Dent Wizard in the United States is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and a starting compensation range.

You will travel to customer sites, perform paint touch-ups and repairs, and work at dealership, rental, and auction partner locations. Candidates should have 5+ years in collision repair or bodywork, strong color accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong color accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform automotive reconditioning.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
