Job summary

Dent Wizard International is seeking an experienced Auto Body/Paint Technician to join our nationwide team. This role offers uncapped earning potential with a commission-based structure and strong first-year earnings.

You will travel to customer locations to perform paint touch-ups and repairs, prep and finish surfaces, and deliver outstanding results with advanced spraying methods. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in collision repair or bodywork, exceptional color matching skills, and the ability

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.
Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
