Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly handles assignments to conclusion per client policies and procedures
• Maintains knowledge of local repair procedures and pricing
• Submits detailed auto inspections and damage reports
• Identifies potential damages and communicates findings to client
• Inspects all vehicle angles and documents repair requirements and costs
• Delivers professional customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Meets cycle-time and quality KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates decisions and technical information clearly, verbally and in writing
