Job summary

College Living Experience (CLE) is a comprehensive post-secondary transition program supporting young adults with autism, ADHD, and learning differences. The Independent Living Skills Instructor will provide direct instruction across daily living domains, including health, safety, hygiene, money management, and community integration, with both individual and small-group formats.

The role emphasizes hands‑on coaching, consistent documentation, and collaboration with the ILS team to help students

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Two years of experience with neurodiverse individuals preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build supportive relationships while encouraging student independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Independent Living Skills instruction across daily living domains and meal planning.
• Support students with medication organization and routines.
• Create a conducive learning environment by reducing distractions and adapting instruction.
• Document instructional sessions and student progress in CLE systems; participate in team meetings and curriculum development.
