College Living Experience (CLE) is a comprehensive post-secondary transition program supporting young adults with autism, AD/HD, and learning differences. Students receive individualized support across academics, career development, social skills, and independent living as they prepare for adult independence.

We are seeking an Independent Living Skills Coordinator who leads, mentors staff, and delivers hands-on coaching to help students build practical life skills and independence within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social science, or a related field with relevant experience.
• Experience supporting neurodivergent young adults strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising staff or leading programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent living skills instruction and coordination of staff.
• Coordinate transportation and community-based activities for students.
• Serve as adviser with weekly coaching and progress reporting.
• Supervise ILS staff, including hiring and on-going coaching.
• Document student progress and ensure program quality.
