Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking a Paraeducator-Independence Facilitator for Foothill High School. The position supports individual students with behavior interventions and medical needs, assisting in both special and general education classrooms, as well as lunchroom and outdoor areas.

This role requires collaboration with teachers to support instruction and classroom management. The position is 7 hours per day, five days a week, with salary between $21.24 and $28.08 per hour in 9

Salary: $21.24 - $28.08 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on relevant experience.
Location: Foothill HS
Hours: 7 hours/day; 5 days/week

Education and Experience

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a competency assessment demonstrating knowledge and ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics. Completion of at least 48 college credit units may substitute for the competency assessment.

Licenses and Certifications

May require a valid driver’s license. Compliance with District skill/competency requirements. May require a valid First Aid/CPR card.
