Education requires graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program with a preferred Bachelor's degree, and Ohio licensure with CPR certification. Prior experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Six months of relevant experience, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Examines patients' teeth and gums to identify oral health issues.
• Cleans teeth by removing plaque, tartar, and stains.
• Educates patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and diet.
• Administers local anesthesia and applies cavity-preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants.
• Takes and develops dental X-rays to help diagnose dental problems.
• Keeps detailed patient records and maintains a clean and sterile work environment.
