Job summary

CTK USA INC is seeking a Package Incoming Inspector to perform receipt inspection of packaging materials used in OTC drug and cosmetic product manufacture. You will verify appearance, dimensions, print quality, and labels against approved artwork, and maintain compliant documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of cGMP and ALCOA+, and experience with measuring instruments. On-site work in a regulated environment with cross-functional QC support.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cGMP and ALCOA+ documentation practices.
• Ability to read specifications, artwork, and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, gauges) and visual inspection.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of packaging materials and components for appearance, dimensions, and print quality using approved AQL sampling plans.
• Conduct label and artwork comparison inspections against approved artwork and specifications.
• Review supplier CoA for incoming packaging materials.
• Make first-level accept/reject determinations and quarantine nonconforming materials.
