Job summary

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in sampling, labeling, and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with GMP-compliant sampling and testing workflows (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sample raw materials and complete associated documentation and inventory transactions.
• Sample and test components; document results and follow SOPs/GMPs.
• Review vendor/manufacture documentation for quality compliance.
• Coordinate outside testing for raw materials.
• Identify questionable materials and assist in investigations/CAPA activities.
• Perform inventory tasks and warehouse movements for raw materials.
• Communicate with internal departments to schedule sampling priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
