Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in a human service program is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop contacts with local businesses and organizations to promote job openings and services.
• Assist clients in placement efforts, skill-building, interview preparation, and job retention.
• Create and maintain accurate case files and documentation for funders and audits.
• Coordinate and monitor community worksites and oversee program clients.
• Teach WFD approved training modules and monitor client hours and progress.
• Engage with employers to facilitate client transitions into competitive employment upon training completion.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

One year experience in a human service program

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
