Responsibilities

• Assist clients in placement efforts including aiding in applications and interview skills.
• Assess information and conduct intake interviews to determine suitable employment.
• Supervise payroll, processing work and staff coordination.
• Coordinate community-based worksites and supervision of vocational training programs.
• Track clients’ hours and maintain records toward rehabilitation goals.
• Coordinate services between retail operations and processing.
