Lane Bryant in Houston (Meyerland Plaza) seeks a Store Manager to lead the store team, engage customers, and drive sales growth. You will coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment in a high-volume specialty retail store.

The role requires 1–3 years in specialty retail with prior management experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with store systems.

Formación

• 1–3 years of specialty retail experience.
• Prior management experience (specialty retail preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment for customers and associates.
• Lead and direct store activities to meet business goals and financial objectives.
• Drive store performance through compliance with brand standards, merchandising and procedures.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to engage customers and support shopping experiences.

• Partner with store leaders to hire and develop a high-performing team.
• Create positive associate experiences through coaching and development.
• Promote community involvement through in-store events and philanthropic initiatives.
