Responsibilities

• Create a learning environment conducive to student growth and enforce behavioral expectations.
• Plan units and lessons aligned to state and school standards; develop and assess student progress.
• Collaborate with instructional coaches and staff to ensure curriculum alignment and continuous improvement.
• Communicate with parents and participate in school activities and committees as needed.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting.
