Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated, standards-aligned instruction in Special Education Learning Center.
• Provide student support across core subjects using a push-in inclusion model.
• Develop and write IEPs and implement related services.
• Analyze student data and monitor progress via assessments.
• Input academic/behavioral data into the school data management system.
• Participate in Parent/Teacher/Student conferences three times per year.
