Responsibilities

• Plan, instruct, design activities and assessments aligned with SLCS curriculum
• Deliver instruction in an inclusive, language, and culturally diverse environment
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective instructional strategies
• Develop, monitor, and report IEPs in line with guidelines
• Differentiate instruction and accommodations to meet diverse needs
• Advocate for students to support educational development
• Communicate progress with teachers, staff and administration
• Identify students at risk and coordinate support with classroom staff
