Job summary

Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI) is seeking a Project Manager to support landscaping operations and empower team members of all abilities. The role collaborates with the Sr.

Operations Manager to coordinate daily activities, uphold safety, and maintain high service standards in an inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping or facilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, facilities services, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily landscaping activities across multiple sites.
• Help implement maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Support communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project progress and address operational needs or delays.
• Assist with tracking labor hours, materials, and project expenses.
• Prepare reports and updates for the Project Manager.
• Support planning for ground improvements and service enhancements.
• Deliver training tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Support ADA compliance and accessible environments across all sites.
