Qualifications

• Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to de-escalate stressful situations and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned shifts consistently and assist with last-minute openings.
• Act as an assistant coach or program leader.
• Provide individualized support based on the needs of participants.
• Communicate regularly with Parks and Recreation staff and families.
