Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Associate to create a hospitable store environment through warm customer engagement that supports company goals. You will identify customer needs, share current products and fashion trends, and help customers assemble outfits, while embodying the Lane Bryant brand.

You will also support operations, prioritize tasks for customer needs, protect assets, and follow all policies and employment laws. Strong sales/hospitality experience and flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
