PROVAIL is hiring an Employment Consultant to support people with disabilities on their career journeys and to help local businesses build more inclusive workplaces in the Seattle area.

This is a full-time role requiring daily driving and occasional nights or weekends based on business needs. It offers extensive training, benefits, and opportunities to grow in disability employment services.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between regional sites.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and provide person-centered employment plans.
• Conduct discovery to assess participants' skills and goals.
• Develop relationships with inclusive employers and match opportunities.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support.
• Document progress and maintain records.
