Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and instructional support to students with disabilities in alignment with IEPs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices and differentiated instruction.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Use student data and progress monitoring to inform instructional decisions.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families regarding student progress and services.
• Coordinate with related service providers and school staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely EC documentation and records.
• Uphold school policies, expectations, and professional standards.
