Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Creative Arts Specialist to provide evaluation, instruction, and support in diverse creative arts areas for individuals with IDD, mental health, or related needs. You will develop individualized plans to help clients express themselves and pursue personal goals within inclusive community settings.

Qualifikationen

• Associates in Arts or high school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license (USA) required.
• Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/or developmental disabilities is acceptable but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide evaluation of individuals’ creative skills and interests and make recommendations for program development and improvement.
• Develop and implement a variety of creative arts activities, modules, classes and programs tailored to individuals’ needs.
• Design and develop creative arts activities and leisure skill assessments for individuals supported.
• Maintain timely service documentation and comprehensive medical records.
• Coordinate with local resources and community partners to enhance programming.
• Manage program within budget and procure materials and equipment as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings; maintain required certifications and comply with policies.
