Job summary

Monarch Healthcare seeks a Creative Arts Specialist to evaluate, instruct, and support individuals in inclusive arts activities. You will develop personalized plans to enable self-expression through creative arts and to help participants reach their personal goals within supportive community settings.

Qualifications

• Associates/HS diploma required.
• Experience with adults with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license required (USA).

Responsibilities

• Develop an inclusive creative arts program focused on individual needs.
• Evaluate and plan creative arts activities and staff training.
• Collaborate with local artists, organizations and institutions to enrich programming.
• Design modules and classes tailored to individuals supported.
• Maintain timely service documentation and compliant medical records.
