Job summary

ProYouth Expanded Learning in Woodlake, CA seeks a part-time, non-exempt System of Support – Inclusion (Toileting) to assist students with special needs. You will provide academic, social, and behavioral support, reinforce lessons, and help create a safe, inclusive environment in classrooms and outdoor settings.

The role requires training in toileting support, CPI, Handle with Care, and related special education work.

Qualifications

• College degree in special education preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 48 college units or paraprofessional cert.
• Special education training and behavior intervention experience preferred.
• CPI and Handle with Care training preferred; toileting support training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic, social, and behavioral support to students with special needs, individually or in small groups.
• Help implement lessons and activities, reinforcing concepts and providing targeted support.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and assist with classroom behavior management.
• Create a safe, respectful environment where all students feel known and valued.
• Build positive relationships with staff, families, and students; complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and support ProYouth program goals.
