Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to students during instruction; modifies activities as directed.
• Facilitates student independence in the least restrictive environment.
• Assists students with assignments and reinforces activities.
• Monitors behavior and implements intervention plans as needed.
• Assists with personal care needs including lifting and transferring students.
