Young World Physical Education is seeking a Paraprofessional - Inclusion Support for the Fitchburg Public Schools. This role will assist teachers in providing high-quality education by supporting students with or without disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or higher and a strong commitment to student growth. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, providing support, and collaborating with school staff to create an effective learning environment.

Competitive salary offered between $21.75 to $26.04 per hour, with additional pay for specific duties.

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed ESSA Paraprofessional Hiring Requirements.
• Experience with students with special needs is preferred.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and bend often.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support students with or without disabilities.
