Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Massachusetts license in appropriate content area and Moderate Disabilities.
• SEI endorsement or ESL license required or preferred.
• Meet all state and federal guidelines to be fully licensed and Highly Qualified.

Responsibilities

• Implement district learning goals and objectives aligned with state frameworks.
• Provide small-group instruction to students with moderate to severe cognitive delays to support access to the general curriculum.
• Write and implement IEP goals and provide regular progress reports on student development.
• Provide accommodations and, if needed, develop curriculum and analyze student work for progress.
• Collaborate with school teams to support modifications and transitions to adult services.
