Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Director (Inclusion Coordinator) to support the Program Director in daily operations and to ensure safe, high-quality programming for youth.

The role includes supervising staff, monitoring compliance, and acting as Inclusion Coordinator to ensure equitable access and accommodations for participants, including those with disabilities and English Language Learners. Collaboration with partners and DYCD is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth in educational or community settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting children and youth with disabilities and/or English Language Learners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring program activities to align with agency mission and participant needs.
• Support staff scheduling, supervision, and program logistics.
• Maintain a visible presence to ensure safety, engagement, and quality of service.
• Observe programming, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure compliance with DYCD requirements.
• Serve as Inclusion Coordinator to help participants, families, and staff access tools and resources.
• Develop and manage Individualized Accommodation Plans and Student Behavioral Support Plans.
• Coordinate provided and indirect supports, including paraprofessionals and translators.
• Communicate with DYCD about specialized supports beyond the program’s capacity.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Division, AVP, school partners, and community providers.
