Job summary

The Child Center of NY is seeking an Assistant Program Director to support the Program Director in managing daily operations and delivering safe, high-quality programming in collaboration with the AVP of YD SBMH.

The APD will supervise staff, coordinate inclusion supports for participants including those with disabilities and English Learners, and work with school partners and community providers to ensure equitable access to services.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth in educational or community settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring program activities to meet goals.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate inclusion supports and accommodations for participants.
• Engage families and partners to strengthen services and community involvement.
